This workshop is organised and run by 21 Plus. Starting Secondary School is suitable for all parents of children in years 4, 5 and 6.
The workshop will be delivered online. The workshop will last for approximately 30 minutes and will provide an opportunity for questions.
The session will cover:
- Choosing a school
- Timeline
- Who is who and what is their role
- Parent’s contribution
- Relationship with school
- Getting the child ready
Our speakers are from 21 Plus. Nicky Williams and Victoria Hughes will lead the session. Victoria, and her colleague Nicky, run the 21 Plus School Support Service, as well as running Talk Time and Talk About.
There is no fee to attend this workshop.
